I brought some today and it's pretty good actually. I sometimes go meatless for the weekends. I'm eating Moroccan Curry Kashi. It has coconut-infused curry, sweet currants, lentils and ginger. The sodium content? ( o _ 0 ) Whoa! 400mg. Yeah that's a lot though. I won't be eating this everyday that's for sure!
