Who makes the best Ethnic Food?

Vietnamese is good,and I like Indian and Persian also.

i think vietnamese due to the wide range of cultural influences. the french had a big hand in developing vietnamese cuisine.

Country girls!! Nobody cooks better than a girl that was raised stirring the pot next to her mom or grandma in the kitchen.

You know when you live in India, american food is ethnic, so in that case I think american food it the BEST ethnic food there is :).

I think Filipinos make the best ethnic foods: adobo, sinigang, kare-kare, caldereta, etc, etc.

Thailand.
I live in Thailand (from the US) and it took me a while to warm up to it because I was used to a lot of bread and cheese, but it's delicious. There are a ton of different spices used, and it's very fragrant. Also, people eat together a lot and make it a fun experience always, Thais are extremely generous with food.
And the cool thing is, I eat like a pig, and am way leaner and healthier than ever, without even trying!

Definition of "ethnic food"? Is the Thanksgiving turkey not an ethnic American thing? Camambert an ethnic French thing? And as for Thailand, or Japanes, or Mexican etc 'ethnic food' - well, that's what they eat dude! We all have different eating habits, we come from different ethnic background and hence our upbringing might differ. That's the whole beauty of it. Imagine if everybody would only eat hamburgers (ethnic American???), how boring!

I think Mexican food is the best ethnic food out there, especially if you're from Cali.

I personally like Mexican food, but I also enjoy Indian foods.

I love Indian and Moroccan. Anything spicy, really.

most asian food is tasty to my palate, my absolute fave is korean cuisine, so spicy and comforting!

4. French (desserts mostly)

The Italians have more of the best for my money than anyone else. On variety and taste both.
China and France are just behind them,
then Eastern Europeans.

French for it's complexity and Indian for it's spicy simplicity!

As I'm a Chinese, I won't think Chinese is Ethnic food! Nor Japanese nor Korean food, any food from the northern Asia are not Ethnic…, so I would say THAI - I always am amazied how they blend the spices and lime juice and the hot chili, the aroma … it is so irresistance! Tom Yum Gong is one of the best examples of Thai cuicine.
