need help with a Moroccan dish BISTILLA?

I would love to know how to make this, I have made it with fish but it is the american way, my husband ask to see if anyone knows it the moroccan way. I would also like to make it with chicken, his mother always makes it whaen they come once a year. Now it is Ramadan and I would love to be able to suprice him with this dish or any other dish that would make him feel closer to morocco, since we live hear in US.
