Kefta Tagine.do you?

For your Kefta Mkaouara Tagine do you like to

A) Leave out the eggs.
B) Poach the eggs in the sauce.
C) Break the yolk of the egg so you cook it but don't poach it.
D) Do number three and leave it so long it gets all dried up and ugly looking.

I prefer to B but my husband likes C so I have to do half the tagine one way and the other half his way. lol

I know somebody that does D so I just through that in for fun.
OK, I guess technically if you do C or D it's still poached but you know what I mean. Or I hope you do! Do you leave the yoke whole as in B or not as in C or D?

No, I don't think it should. It is a Moroccan recipe and I want people that have some sort of connection with Morocco to answer it. It's geared for Moroccophiles not people that only saw the recipe in a cookbook.

LOL I'm taking a phonetics course ...maybe I should just write everything with the IPA (international phonetics alphabet) because the regular one no longer works for me!
