Ramadan is now here. My husband is from Morocco, I am an american. I have learned a lot of the Moroccan foods but I would love to make something different that he would really enjoy. I know how to make some of the breads, soups, and a few cookies. I also know maka, pailstella(do not not the correct spelling) If you know of anything please let me know along with how to make it. He likes different foods so if you are not from Morocco but know some really good foods for this very special month please let me know, Thanks and I hope each of you have a blessed Ramadan, Salam
