I have some frozen beef chunks for stew, I am pressed for time today so I popped them into the crock pot?

Lauretta R asked:

I would love to flavor the beef. Any ideas. I simply added a few bouillon cubes and some water so far. Maybe Moroccan or Asian? I would love some inspiration. If not I will simply let them slow cook all day and turn it into a beef stew or Shepard's pie.
Thanks a bunch and happy cooking!!!!
