What was the last Moroccan meal you ate? Any good/funny Moroccan food stories/experiences?

I asked this four months ago but I thought we should revisit this. I had a tagine with beef, carrots, peas, and potatoes - nothing spectacular. It was last night - I opened the pressure cooker that I used because I didn't have a ton of time (it had already fully depressurized) stuck a spoon in to move it around and all of a sudden the liquid formed what I can still imagine looked like a mushroom cloud! And then the "cloud" burst -- liquid went all over me and burned my hand but it's okay now...just read. Any good Moroccan food stories??

I had sardines and they were AMAZING! The only funny food story I have is the reaction everyone had to me eating sheep ********* and having no idea what it was. What was funniest is that I shrugged my shoulders like it was no big deal and I thought Ali was going to throw up. They laughed at him more than me hehe :-))
