I have a guy roomate, im currently living in france teaching english. Weve been friends 5 years...while i was back home in the US he told me that he wanted to marry me! I said no way. I want to put together something fun for my girlfriends and myself. We all love food and I think this could give us a chance to catch up after graduating from college a couple years back.

We have a varied background, from Chillean to Puerto Rican, to French and Moroccan, to Asian. I thougt of a trip around the world type thing...but it would be a lot of work to put together. Any suggestions for something fun and easier than everything around the world?

I was just wondering if this would work, i am wanting to have food ready when my husband is off of work and can eat again. I have bought a whole chicken that i wanted to prepare with olives and potatoes. Could i cook the chicken in a pressure cooker at first, then transfer it to a Tajine pot to finish the rest? I am worried if the Tajine pot is on direct heat long enough to cook the chiken i'll ruin it. My dish i was going to cook it in the oven with shattered. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.
